The Foundation is registered as a charitable organization with the Illinois Attorney General under the Charitable Trust Act and Solicitation for Charity Act. A copy of the latest annual financial report is available on request from executive@espritdcf.org.

California residents have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt-out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, email privacy@espritdcf.org.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have additional rights (access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection). Our legal basis for processing is legitimate interest (nonprofit operations), consent (marketing), and contract (donation processing). To exercise rights, email privacy@espritdcf.org.

When we apply for or hold federal awards, the Foundation maintains active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). Federal award compliance disclosures are available on request.

The Foundation registers with additional states as required by the states’ charitable solicitation statutes. A current list of registrations is available on request.
