Accessibility Statement

The Foundation aims to make espritdcf.org and every portal we operate usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Our target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are honest that we’re not perfectly there yet; this statement is how we say so.

• Keyboard operability across primary navigation and forms.
• Semantic HTML landmarks and heading hierarchy.
• Visible focus rings on every interactive element.
• Body-text contrast ≥ 4.5:1.
• Reduced motion respected via prefers-reduced-motion.
• ARIA labels on icon-only buttons.

Rich-text editors are not fully keyboard-optimized for some inline pickers. Certain admin surfaces predate the current design system and are being upgraded. Mobile support is intentionally limited for wide-layout surfaces (notes, CRM tables).
