Payments & Refunds

Card numbers never touch our servers. Depending on the campaign or event, the Foundation may route your transaction through any of the following. Each processor’s terms and privacy policy also apply.

• Stripe for donations on espritdcf.org/give and future paid membership.
• Givebutter for select donation campaigns and ticketed events. Givebutter is our current processor for peer-to-peer fundraising and some event ticketing.
• Eventbrite for select event RSVPs and paid tickets.
• AllEvents for select event listings.

The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Donations of $250 or more receive an IRS-compliant written acknowledgment. Consult your tax advisor for deductibility in your situation.

You may cancel a recurring donation any time from the receipt email or by contacting privacy@espritdcf.org.

Donations are generally non-refundable but honest mistakes (wrong amount, duplicate transaction, unauthorized charge) are refunded on request within 30 days. Contact executive@espritdcf.org.

Paid membership terms and pro-rated refund rules will be published here before membership launches.

Failed or reversed payments may result in loss of participant status, event access, or paid-membership benefits until resolved.
