Program Policies

Participation in any Foundation program is voluntary. Participants may withdraw at any time. The Foundation may modify, pause, or discontinue a program with notice.

Some programs have eligibility criteria based on military affiliation, age, geography, or role (see Emerging Leaders and YP Committee for age-specific criteria). Providing false eligibility information voids participation.

Recreational, physical, and outdoor programs carry inherent risk. Participants may be asked to sign an assumption-of-risk waiver, provide emergency contact information, and attest to fitness for the activity.

The Foundation may photograph and film program activities for reporting and outreach. Program-specific opt-outs are honored where feasible; blanket removal from all Foundation media is available on request.

The Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy apply to every program interaction.

The Foundation may remove any participant from a program for safety concerns, conduct issues, misrepresentation, or at the Foundation’s discretion. See the Terms of Service.
