Lead Operation Next Mission.
Next Mission doesn't run without team leaders — the people who plan the calendar, recruit the volunteers, coordinate on the ground, and keep the work moving between events. That's the role you're stepping into.
Open roles
Where you'd sit inside Operation Next Mission.
Every role below reports to a real human, has a real scope, and gets a real onboarding. Pick the one that matches the time and skill you can bring — or select more than one on the form if you’re open.
Pillar Team Leader
Own a pillar's programming end-to-end. Recruit the team under you, plan the calendar, coordinate volunteers, and make sure a real veteran gets served every month.
Board Director
Governance seat. Fiduciary duty. Quarterly meetings. Strategic votes.
Board Officer (VP / Treasurer / Secretary)
Officer-level role on the Board. Officer seats are typically filled by election among Directors — apply here to signal interest and we'll route accordingly.
Committee Member
Standing or ad-hoc — programs, finance, events, governance. Regular working sessions, real deliverables.
Staff Role
Ongoing operational role, paid or unpaid depending on the position and funding.
Advisor
Advisory Council seat. Subject-matter guidance, no fiduciary duty — the people we call when we need expertise we don't have.
Volunteer Lead
Own a specific event or recurring track — smaller scope than a Pillar Team Leader.
Intern (unpaid / for-credit)
Semester-based work supporting a program area. Great for students needing academic credit.
