Help us build the Foundation from the ground up.
The Esprit de Corps Foundation is new, small, and building deliberately. You’d be joining a foundational team — the people whose work sets the norms, seeds the programs, and shapes the culture that everyone who comes after will inherit.
That means real impact and real challenges. Systems that don’t exist yet. Programs still being written. Room to bring your ideas, own something end-to-end, and see your fingerprints on it. The upside is significant — the trade-off is that some things won’t be polished and you’ll help figure them out with us.
If you want a mature machine to plug into, this isn’t that yet. If you want to build something enduring for veterans, military families, and the community around them — and you can bring time, expertise, or a specific skill — we’d love to hear from you.

What happens next
- We review every application — usually within two weeks.
- If there's a fit, we'll set up a 30-minute conversation to learn more.
- Board and staff roles include a second round with the President and/or other team members.
- Accepted members get an @espritdcf.org mailbox and onboarding within a week.
