About Nicholas

I'm Nick, an Army officer, business owner, and business development professional who believes strong organizations are built through relationships, accountability, and people willing to take responsibility for making things happen.

My military experience taught me how to lead teams, plan under pressure, and work toward something larger than myself. Outside of the Army, I've built experience across business development, bookkeeping, finance, and operations, which has given me a different perspective on what it takes to turn a good idea into something sustainable.

What brought me to EDC, though, is personal. I've watched friends leave the military and struggle to find the same sense of belonging they once had in service. I wanted to be part of building something that helps close that gap.

At EDC, I bring my experience in relationships, business, planning, and financial operations to help build the partnerships and infrastructure that allow the mission to grow.

Why I S.E.R.V.E.

I S.E.R.V.E. because I've seen what can happen when someone leaves the military and loses the community that once surrounded them.

Belonging matters. Having people you can call matters. Knowing there is somewhere you can show up and still be understood matters.

I believe we can build that kind of community beyond the uniform, while also creating new opportunities for veterans, service members, and their families to keep moving forward.

For me, service means using what I know, the relationships I build, and the opportunities in front of me to strengthen something bigger than myself. If EDC can help someone find their people again, discover their next opportunity, or simply know they aren't navigating the next chapter alone, then the work is worth doing.
