About Esprit de Corps Foundation
Founded by Damian Garcia and Rogelio Villa, Esprit De Corps Foundation is a veteran led nonprofit dedicated to supporting veterans, service members, dependents, and student veterans. With our own experiences in service and transition, we understand the challenges our community faces and are committed to providing resources, advocacy, and opportunities for lasting growth.
What began as Esprit Wellness Foundation has grown into Esprit De Corps Foundation with a stronger focus on veteran and student veteran leadership. Our mission is to build community resources that strengthen wellness, recreation, advocacy, and leadership. We recognized the need for a safe and engaging space where veterans and their families can connect, heal, and thrive. That vision drives the creation of the Esprit Recreation and Resource Center, our flagship project in Chicago and the foundation for a nationwide movement.
We stand with veterans, dependents, and student veterans by advocating for their rights, partnering with our community, and building resources that ensure no one is left behind. Our vision is a connected future where service continues through fitness, leadership, advocacy, and shared purpose. Together, we are creating a movement that honors service, empowers families, and prepares the next generation of leaders.
